2. The User Member Account

2.1.

When Casino GAME and VEGAS11 use a credit or debit card for depositing funds, they receive an approval and authorisation code from the card's issuing bank. If Casino GAME, VEGAS11, does not receive this approval and authorisation code, the user's account will not receive the credited funds.

2.2.6.

Casino Game and Vegas 11 reserve the right to use additional procedures and means to verify the user's identity when effecting deposits into the user's member account.

2.2.8.

Credit balances in the user's member account will not accrue interest.

2.3.

Account Administration.

2.3.1

Casino GAME, VEGAS11 operates the User's Member Account, calculating the amount of money the User has staked or offered to stake on a bet, which represents the User's potential exposure at any time (“Reserved Amount”) and calculating the User's "Available to Bet" balance from time to time, as well as settling bets made by the User with other Users’s through the User’s participation in the Games.

2.3.2

The user's "Available to Bet" balance, which is the amount of money in their member account that they haven't yet staked on a matched bet, will set their betting limit.

2.3.3

Casino GAME, VEGAS11´s calculations of the User's “Reserved Amount," “Available to Bet” balance, and amounts owed by the User under the terms of this agreement will be final and, in the absence of any manifest error, will not be subject to any inquiry or investigation.

2.3.4

Any losses can offset any gains in the Casino GAME, VEGAS11.

2.3.5

The website will hold any deposit the user makes into their member account until they place a bid or accept a bet. In the Casino Game, Vegas 11, the user will hold the staked amount while they await the outcome of the bet.

2.3.6

When the user places a bet on Casino GAME, VEGAS11's website will hold the amount staked while waiting for the game's outcome and declare a winner. At this point, Casino GAME, VEGAS11, cannot cancel the bet or withdraw any amount it holds as a stakeholder.

2.4.

Payouts

2.4.1.

When the outcome of a Game the User participates in becomes determined or where VEGAS11 has confirmed the relevant result of an event and settled the markets, all winnings will be held for the use of the User's Member Account.

2.4.2.

If Casino GAME, VEGAS11, due to a technical or human error, mistakenly credits the User's Member Account with winnings that do not belong to the User, Casino GAME, VEGAS11 will retain ownership of the amount and will transfer it from the User's Member Account to itself. If, prior to Casino GAME, VEGAS11 becoming aware of the error, the user has withdrawn the funds that do not belong to him, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute a debt owed by the user to Casino GAME, VEGAS11. The user must immediately notify Casino GAME, VEGAS11 via email in the event of an incorrect credit.

2.4.3.

Casino GAME, VEGAS11, will carry out additional verification procedures for any payout exceeding the equivalent of USD 2,500. Nonetheless, Casino GAME and VEGAS11 reserve the right to carry out any such verification procedures in case the user receives a lower payout.

2.5.

Withdrawals from the User's Member Account

2.5.1.

The user may withdraw any amount up to the “Available to Bet” balance in the user's member account by issuing Casino GAME, VEGAS11, with a valid notice of withdrawal on the website.

2.5.2.

In order to release the user's member account balance and withdraw all funds, the user must first cancel any outstanding stakes.

2.5.3.

You must submit withdrawal notices through the website. Casino Game, Vegas 11, will not accept withdrawal requests made by telephone or email. Casino Game and Vegas 11 employees cannot disregard these instructions.

2.5.4.

For the user's protection, they can only withdraw a maximum of USD 5,000 in any twenty-four-hour period, unless they have previously agreed upon a larger amount.

In addition, the user's own bank may add a further handling charge. These charges may vary over time.

2.5.6.

Casino GAME, VEGAS11 reserve the right to credit the user back using the same method as that used by the user when depositing.

Casino Game and Vegas 11 reserve the right to request identification documents for all withdrawals.

2.5.8.

Upon requesting a withdrawal of winnings exceeding USD 100,000, Casino GAME, VEGAS11 reserves the right to payout the requested amount incrementally over 10 consecutive months, with one payout each calendar month.

2.5.9

In the interests of fair gaming, the user's play will be reviewed before withdrawals are processed for any irregular or unusual playing patterns, including but not limited to, equal, zero, or low margin bets or hedge betting for play-through requirement purposes. Should Casino GAME, VEGAS11 deem that irregular game play has occurred, Casino GAME, VEGAS11 reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses.

2.5.10.

For cash deposits and winnings, the user needs to wager once before requesting a withdrawal. If the user chooses to do this, they can only withdraw the amount they deposited, which may or may not have resulted in a bonus award. However, they must note that Casino GAME, VEGAS 11 reserves the right to withdraw the entire bonus sum. For example: User deposits USD20, and Casino GAME and VEGAS11 offer USD20 as a deposit bonus. The user's account then contains USD40. Before meeting the wagering requirements (which usually are 40 times the bonus amount), users may wish to withdraw their deposited amount (USD 20). Then, Casino GAME, VEGAS11 will retract the bonus and any winnings or losses before approving the withdrawal. If the user has already gambled part of the total balance on the account, they can only request a withdrawal of the remaining amount after the bonus sum has been returned to Casino Game, Vegas 11. Casino GAME, VEGAS11 reserves the right to refuse or void any bonus offered to any user for reasons including, but not limited to, abuse by the user.

2.5.11.

It is a precondition for the processing of withdrawals that cumulatively exceed USD 2,500 that the user provides Casino GAME, VEGAS11, with a copy of the user's valid passport or official identity card (confirming identity and age) and a recent utility bill in the user's name and dated less than 3 months old (confirming place of residence). In the case of deposits via credit card, the user may be requested to submit a copy of the front and back of the used credit card, showing only the first six and last four digits on the front and hiding the CVV2 number from the back.

2.5.12.

VEGAS11 additionally reserves to right to request the documents discussed in 2.5.11 above for any account holder who has requested a withdrawal of any amount below USD 2,500.

2.5.13.

Withdrawals to credit / debit card are not possible to Visa or Visa electron and Mastercard.

2.5.14.

In accordance with applicable laws, Casino GAME and VEGAS11 will only remit amounts to the same account from which the funds paid into the user's account originated.

2.5.15.

The minimum payout amount is USD 10. For payouts under USD50.00 (fifty USD) Casino GAME, VEGAS11 reserves the right to charge transaction fees.

2.5.16.

Casino Game and Vegas 11 reserve the right to restrict payouts to USD 10,000 per week.

2.6

Closing the User's Member Account

2.6.1

The user may close his account at any time, and Casino GAME, VEGAS11, will return all funds from the user's member account, subject to the deduction of the relevant withdrawal charges. To close the user's member account, the user must first cancel any offers for stakes that the user has made that remain outstanding.

2.6.2

The method of repayment will be at Casino GAME's absolute discretion.

2.6.3

Casino GAME, VEGAS11 reserves the right to close the user's member account and to refund to the user the "Available to Bet" balance, subject to the deduction of any relevant withdrawal charges, at Casino GAME, VEGAS11's absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.

2.6.4

If the user does not log onto his Member Account via the internet using his "User Name" and "Password" for a period of one (1) year, all balances may be removed from the user's account after a notification has been sent to the registered e-mail address.

2.6.5

Casino GAME, VEGAS11 reserves the right to withhold and remove any bonuses awarded to the user if they have not been used within 6 months from the date they were awarded.

2.6.6

If a user uses bonus funds to play games that do not count towards meeting the bonus requirement, Casino GAME, VEGAS11 reserves the right to refuse withdrawals, remove bonus money, and remove winnings without notice. Players who violate this rule may have their accounts locked by Casino Game and Vegas 11.

3. The user's obligations as a player

3.1.

The User hereby declares and warrants that:

3.1.1.

The user is eighteen (18) years of age or such higher minimum legal age of majority as stipulated in the laws of jurisdiction applicable to the user. No statutory rule of his jurisdiction shall prohibit the user from participating in the games offered on the website.

3.1.2.

The user confirms that he will use this website and the member account solely and exclusively for the purpose of the user's genuine participation in the games and not for any financial or other operations. The user affirms that no illegal activity or source, in particular, taints any funds they deposit into the member account;

By participating in the games, the user accepts the risk of losing money deposited into the member account.

The User shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing, or other unlawful activity in relation to the User's or third parties’ participation in any of the Games and shall not use any software-assisted methods, techniques, or hardware devices for the User's participation in any of the Games. 4. Responsible gaming

4.1
